Seems like just yesterday we were watching her get Baptized. And just like that she went from an infant, to a beautiful young lady receiving her First Communion!
Sara was so excited to wear her new dress! And Eric, well, he's never fond of the idea of wearing jeans, but this time he found something to be excited about when it came to wearing them..."I get to wear jeans like Mommy does!" Hahaha! The boy is onto me! :)
We were so excited to see everyone once we headed inside! Tyler was especially happy to see Grandpa blowing kisses at him each time he'd peek back to see him!
Mass!

Receiving her First Communion! She was so happy!
She did it! When Mass was over everyone was so excited to give her a huge hug!

Afterward we headed back to Auntie Lisa's house for some lunch! And cake of course! No one could wait to dig into this delicious cake made by Lauren's MiMi! She did such a great job decorating it!
As much as we couldn't wait for cake, Lauren couldn't wait to open her gifts! She got so many nice things! Scarfs, family photos, and lots of jewelry! The girl couldn't have been happier!
Uncle Paul and Kelly always come prepared! Upon arrival, they either have some Gummy Bears or Smarties! They sure know how to win over their niece and nephews hearts, that's for sure!
Goodness knows how long Eric pushed his share of Gummy Bears around in his truck! That was until Sara snuck each one in that little mouth of hers! Yes, Eric noticed. No, he wasn't OK with it. Yes, he got more to make up for it. :)
This is the first, and last, photo of Uncle Paul spinning on his belly! He was nauseous for hours afterward, and swears he'll never do it again! Hahaha!
Outdoor fun! Sara Bean was showing Uncle Paul some love!
Afterward, it was time to head back inside and show our Mom some love! Happy Mother's Day to the best Mom and friend there is! We love you!!! Glad you like your purse you picked out! Hahaha!
Pool time!
What better way to wrap up the day than the boys putting on a show of...Ninja Warriors!!!
And the girls putting on a dance show!!!
As we left for the night we saw this special drawing Cousin Lauren did for Sara, "Sara Loves Grandpa!"
We also saw Mr. Camouflage frog! Not only does he like to change colors to his environment, but he loves to jump on Auntie Lisa's bell (real bell, not door bell) each night causing it to ding!
We are so very proud of you Lauren!!! Congratulations on your First Communion!!! We love you!!!
