Happy Birthday To Me!!!

On Saturday, June 1st, we were all so excited to have Grammie and Grampa visit!

So excited in fact, that everyone wound up jumping in the pool fully clothed! There was no time wasted switching into our swim suits, there was too much fun to be had!

Later that night, I had no clue, but after unscrambling some words, all my 14 year old self dreams were about to come true! Who am I kidding, even my 33 year old self dreams were about to come true!

Daddy, Grammie, Grampa, and Auntie The Great all pitched in and got me tickets to see Michael Bolton!!! Oh, and let's not forget, the backstage passes to MEET HIM afterward! AAAhhhhhh!!! Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!

Happy Birthday!!!

As if that dream come true wasn't enough, the next day we had both our families together again for my birthday! The last time this happened was 8 years ago at our wedding! So this birthday girl couldn't have possibly been happier!!!

While Sara was busy being the sweet girl she is, as well as matching Grammie and Grampa to a tee...

...everyone else was out back playing some baseball! It was here we learned a few things...

One- Eric is a lefty batter!!! What!?! Looks as if he's going to follow in his Grandma's footsteps. He writes with his right hand, but bowls and swings a bat lefty!

Two- Lauren has great aim! She nearly knocked her Daddy's beer straight out of his hands! Hahaha!

Three- Not only can Tyler hit a ball, but he loves his cousin Sara very very much! Ok, that one we already knew! Sweetest boy ever!

Our little nature girl was at it again! She caught this beautiful butterfly! And shortly after set him free! :)

Not only was my heart filled with happiness, but thanks to my loving husband, my stomach was too! A birthday cake from the same place we got our wedding cake from!

Proof that this is the best cake ever is in our wedding video! After feeding one another the first bite of our cake, I'm seen in the background sneaking more bites! So to say I was excited to dig in would be an understatement! Thank you Hus!!! (No, I did not eat all of this by myself!)

This 34 year old went to sleep with a huge smile on her face! Thank you everyone for making it that way! I LOVE YOU ALL!!!
