She's almost here! She's almost here!

My sister is going to be here in just a couple weeks!!! As you can see, she often tries to escape! That's her head causing Mommy's stomach to look all silly!

I've been a huge help in getting ready for her arrival! A couple weekends ago I helped daddy put together her crib! Mommy and Daddy often see me lifting the bumper up and taking a peek in to see if she is there yet. The other day I noticed they caught me peeking, and I turned to them and said "babeee!". I then proceeded to tap on my belly and said (my version) of "Sara!" Just like everything I do, this melted Mommy and Daddy's hearts!

And last weekend I helped orginize all her cloths! Boy were they small compared to mine!

I'm so excited my sidekick through life is going to be here shortly!

Sara, it's getting really close to your arrival, and we couldn't be more excited to finally meet you!!!

P.S. I apologize for the quality of these photos. They were taken from the phone. Since our computer is down and can't download any pictures, it's all I've got! Not to mention, Blogger keeps erroring every time I try to attach a video! Equally as frustrating as the computer not working! Hopefully I'll be able to upload them shortly. One is your brother trying out your crib...testing to see that Daddy put it together correctly!!! hehehe! He did a GREAT job!!! We love you!!!

Dream Come True...(part one)

You may ask yourself why this is called "part one". Well, let's just say it's a good thing I am writing this and not my Mommy. You see, if Mommy were to be writing it, she'd put a few words in here that might not be age appropriate for my blog. Reason being, the rest of the pictures to this post are on her computer that decided it didn't want to start the other day. She isn't quite sure if they can be recovered yet, but in the meantime, here is what she had started before the warning "no drives can be found" showed up on her monitor!!!

Dream Come True...that's exactly what this visit was. On July 15-19th we had some very special visitors come stay with us. My Uncle Paul, Auntie Lisa, and COUSIN LAUREN!!! Mommy couldn't have possibly been any more excited to have her brother and sister visit her!!! Not to mention...her and my Daddy have been waiting a good 5 years for Lauren to visit NY and it finally happened!!!

What's the first thing you do when you come visit Auntie Jen and Uncle...show off your dance moves! And that's exactly what she did!!! Let's just say the girl hasn't lost her moves!!!

We had so much fun wrestling on the floor together...

But I got a bit tired and had to take a rest right on my Uncle Paul's face!

We had so many hugs to give!

It's amazing how much fun you can have just hanging out with family! Sitting back, eating pizza, laughing, and enjoying every second of being with one another! Cousin Lauren made a game out of taking my paci from me! This just proves she can make anything fun because laughing isn't something I usually do when Mommy and Daddy try that and I'm not in the mood to give it up!

The next morning we got up bright and early and started back where we left off...playing!!! Uncle Paul headed out early to meet up with some friends he hasn't seen in a while, and once 9 o'clock rolled around, Mommy and everyone brought me to school! They had a big day planned in the city for Cousin Lauren. They were off to the American Girl store and Toys R Us!

Mommy says Cousin Lauren had a blast on her very first train ride! She also got to experience missing the express by 1 short minute. Actually, it was even less than that because they saw it pull away right in front of them! However, it worked out better because the local was longer and Lauren loved being on the train! Auntie Lisa, not so much. I sure hope Mommy, Grandma, Uncle Paul, and Auntie Lisa's car sickness doesn't pass down to me!

Yeah! Grand Central!

And what's the first thing you do when you get there...look for rats of course!!!

Ahhhh...much cleaner in here! And hopefully rat free!

Taxi!!!

I'm here! I'm here! I'm finally here! Cousin Lauren was SOOOOOOOOOO excited to finally be at the American Doll store! She had been giving pep talks to her little girl Mia for quite some time now. You see, she was going to get her ears pierced, so cousin Lauren spent weeks preparing her...letting her know it was going to be a quick pinch!

What a difference!!! Every girl needs a good makeover every now and then!

Afterward, we went upstairs and had lunch! It was so cute! They had a little chair for Mia to sit in so she was right there at the table with us!!!

Yet again, the entire time was filled with laughs! They had little conversation pieces and we went around the table answering the questions. We'll never forget Auntie Lisa's famous "Lauren, hold on. Let me explain it in a way that makes more sense...What is your number one favorite thing to do that doesn't cost money" Repeating it exactly the way it was written on the card! Good times!!!!

There are many, many, many, more good times to come. Once Mommy get her photos back :(

Here's a drawing Lauren gave us that she drew on the plane. It reads...The day is here that you have been dreaming of. All I have to say is, Lauren, you couldn't be more right. This was a dream come true for us! Thank you!

8 1/2 Month!!!

Sara is just 6 weeks (possibly earlier) away from making her way into the world...and we couldn't be more excited!!!

We're not quite sure what her arrival is going to be like...she is breech at the moment. However, as much as we'd like her to turn, her movements are great and she is a whopping 5 lbs 5 oz right now...so we couldn't be happier!

One thing we do know about little Sara, is she is VERY camera shy! I've been going to the Dr. every two weeks (every week starting now) and we've only had a few pictures of her. She has had her hands in front of her face each and every time! Don't worry, as Eric will be able to tell you, Mommy will break you of that in no time Sara!

Work days: My work days have been a blessing, yet, not so much a blessing all at the same time. Blessing in the fact that it's getting harder for me to take care of/play with Eric the way I'd like to lately. (There are times this makes me sad, but I know it's only short lived) On top of that, the heart medicine that I'm on tends to lower my blood pressure which is really noticeable at times...leaving me very weak. So work has been nice knowing Eric is having a blast at school (it's hard for us to get him to leave lately) and I rest behind a computer all day. However, that sitting behind a computer all day is the part that's not so much a blessing. It's getting more and more difficult to get through the days without being completely uncomfortable. At times having to get up due to being so uncomfortable. Let's just say it's a good thing the chairs we sit in lean WAY back because my ribs scream at me all day begging for more room!!! And a huge thanks to poor Gwynne, Heath, and Andy. They've listening to my "is it HOT in here" complaints day in and day out. Even though they are freezing their booties off, they won't say a word, they'll simply put on a sweater, after agreeing with me that it is scorching hot! Same goes for my hubby, who sleeps under the biggest of comforters as I have the AC set to 68!

Unfortunately, Eric and Sara's blog has suffered from my uncomfortableness :( When I come home at night, the very first thing I want to do is spend time with my favorite boys Eric and Paul, and the very last thing I feel like doing is hopping back on the computer. I apologize to everyone who's been patiently awaiting blog posts. I am finally starting to get caught back up and it feels good! I also want to let everyone (who has a blog) know that I've been following all your blogs, even though I haven't been commenting nearly as much as in the past, I've been loving each and every post you all put up! Likewise, I'll be back to my commenting self again shortly cuz there's been tons I've been wanting to say (as you all know there's never really a time I don't...especially when it comes to all your babies/kids!!!)

Sara, we can not wait to meet you!!! Your crib should be coming in a couple days! Your brother loves to come up to my tummy and tap on it and say, Babeee! And when you ask him where Sara is he runs over and taps on you! We still have to get you diapers...I'm pretty sure your brother's size 5's will fall right off of you, and we have to get you a cute little outfit to come home in, but don't you worry...that will all be here when you make your way into the world. But most importantly, so will the very open arms of your Daddy, Brother, and Mommy! We can not wait to meet the little one who has the hiccups more often than not!!!

WE LOVE YOU SARA!!!

To Grandparents House We Go...

The past few weeks I've spent so much time with Grammie and Grampa and I've loved every second of it!!!

Since Mommy's tummy is SO BIG lately, Grammie and Grampa thought it would be fun to give us a visit so we didn't have to drive very far. Boy am I glad they did!

We had so much fun stopping by the pool as we were going for a walk! Since then, Mommy and Daddy have taken me every weekend! I'm going to be sad once it gets colder out...I'm loving pool time with Daddy!

Afterwards, we headed to the park where I went down the big boy slide! Ever since I've been introduced to this slide, I've yet to go down my old little boy slide!

I was so excited to show them how I love to chase the squirrels! We ran all over the park chasing them and followed them way up the trees!

We had such a great time during their visit, we decided we had to go visit them!

Once we got there, I got SO excited to see Auntie had an awesome blow up pool set up for me! I wasted no time getting in. I hopped right out of the car and headed straight for the water! I went so fast, Auntie didn't get to see my reaction to seeing my new pool because she was still driving over to Grammie and Grampa's. Sorry Auntie!!!

Firetruck time!!!

After all that fun, we decided it was time to take a break and have a treat! And what's a better treat than Dunkin Donut's Munchkins! I had two of them and didn't share a single bite with Ruby...even though she really wanted one!

When I was out enjoying my Munchkins, Uncle John and Val came over with a very special surprise for me! My very own push rocking horse!!! It's an original Radio Flyer! (Thank you so much for always being so thoughtful!) I haven't really mastered going forward yet...I tend to mostly go backwards.

But my favorite is to put it in the pool and sit on it!

Ruby! My great Nan always said Ruby and I were going to be best friends, and boy was she right! I LOVE Ruby! My name for her is Ruff Ruff (as it is for all dogs) But Ruby is my very special dog!

I have so much fun playing chase with her!

And she has so much fun splashing me with water after she gets out of my pool!

Don't worry, I got her back by chasing her around the yard in my birthday suit!!!

More, more, more, more! Once someone flies me through the air once, it's more, more, more, more, until the person throwing me in broken out in a sweat! I have so much fun I can't get enough of it! And thankfully Auntie was awesome enough to listen to my more, more, mores!

I have such a blast when I go visit Grammie, Grampa, Autnie, Autnie the Great, Uncle John, Val, and Ruby!!! So much fun, that Mommy and Daddy always have another weekend picked out to visit even before we leave! WE LOVE YOU ALL AND THANK YOU FOR MAKING OUR VISITS SO SPECIAL!!!
