On January 14th, at just 14 months old, Eric learned one of the hardest lessons in life. He learned that our life here on Earth is one that's not forever. Yet, at the same time, he learned one of the most beautiful lessons. That, though it may not be forever here, it is forever with God and those we've already lost. That we will one day be together again, in the most beautiful way.
Nan, thank you for the 31 years you have given Paul. The 9 years you have given me. And the 14 months you have given Eric. You have made a huge impact on our lives, and left a huge hole in our hearts. We know you are having the time of your life with Papa right now. And I'm sure you are drinking some of the finest wine.
