Along with learning to crawl, came pulling up on everything around me! However, once I was up, the only direction I knew how to go, was down! Well that has all come to an end. I now cruise sideways along anything I am holding onto. So Mommy and Daddy felt it was time for me to start moving forward! They felt it was a perfect time to open my Mickey Mouse firetruck I got when I was first born. Gammie and Grampa got it for me so I could be just like my Daddy! (He loved firetrucks when he was younger. That was until Grampa took him to a real fire down the street from him thinking he'd love it...he's been terrified ever since!)
It took me a couple days to not go down the second it started to move out from under me, but last night Aug. 28 (I'm 9 3/4 months old) I figured it all out! Pushing it along the floor is my new favorite way to spend my days!!!

-putting his toys back in their corner
-putting all the DVDs back in the entertainment center
-putting each of the books he pulled off the shelf...back on
-putting the extra wipes back in the cabinet dresser!
