We started the 4th off by heading to the mall for some lunch! Afterward, we headed straight for the mall carousel! I was sleeping when we first got there, but once I woke, I sure had fun watching cousin Tyler and Lauren go around and around and around!
After that we had so much fun walking around. While we were shopping, Mommy and Daddy bought cousin Lauren a new pair of sun glasses. Little did they know how much she was going to LOVE them! She posed in them, wore them at night, slept with them next to her bed, and even taped them together once they broke from rolling over on them. They were literally by her side or on her head at all times for the rest of the trip! Wow...what a great gift that turned out to be!

Once we got home, we put on our patriotic colors and headed outside for some 4th of July pictures!!!
Later that night, we went out and celebrated with a BANG! Uncle Wes had some pretty loud fire crackers! Cousin Lauren was a little scared to hold a sparkler at first, but then she was a pro by the end of the night!!!
I sure did enjoy my first 4th of July! Happy Birthday America!...as Lauren said the entire day!!!
