August 15!!!

August 15th was a very special day! It was Grandma's ??th Birthday!!!

The girls had so much fun being girls together...talking their girl talk and painting their nails!

And the boys, they had equally as much fun being boys together...getting dirty while collecting their pine cones!

There was no age limit to the fun the boys could have! These boys had a great time trying out the new grill!

It's amazing just how fast these kids can eat when you tell them, "No dessert until you eat your lunch!"

And when dessert tastes as good at Auntie Lisa's cupcakes, I don't blame them for chowing down!

While the food cooked to perfection on the grill, we headed out to the pool to enjoy the gorgeous day! There was fun to be had, and boy were we sure to have it!

Afterwards, we headed home for some relaxing around the house!

And Grandma got to open her presents!!!

The time had come to dig into the slow cooked food! And boy oh boy was it good!!! So good, some of us couldn't wait until it was served! Hahaha!

There couldn't have been a more perfect way to celebrate such a special day! Time spent as a family was as good as it could get!
