Trick or Treating this year was beyond fun! Both Eric and Sara are at such a fun age for stuff like this! You could hear the excitement in Eric's voice say, "Trick Or Treat!" from the other side of the block! He was beyond excited and it couldn't have been more fun to watch!
Not to mention Sara Bean! This year she was old enough to walk all the way around the block and that's just what she did! Not a single house was missed! And it showed by the weight of their buckets!
Towards the end of the night all you could hear Cookie Monster's little voice say was, "Heavy! Heavy!" as her little arms carried her bucket! That didn't stop this Cookie Monster though! We'd carry it from house to house, and the second it was time to get some more candy, she'd take it back and waddle with it all the way up to stand next to Eric as he rang the next doorbell! It was beyond cute!
With Eric dressed up as a Fireman, for his love for Firetrucks, and Sara dressed up as Cookie Monster, for her love for cookies, we got our candy buckets and began to head around the block! But not before....
Grampa came out with some surprise glasses on!!! Neither Eric nor Sara could keep their eyes off of him! They thought he looked so silly!!! As they did Mimi in her witch hat!
As we were taking pictures, they loved seeing Trick or Treater come and take some candy they put out for them!
But enough of this watching!!! It was time to head out and fill our own buckets with candy!!!
Time to take that bucket and flip it over! Or if you prefer, lay every piece out perfectly! :)
And the only thing left to do...DIG IN!!! Which I might say, we all did a very good job at!!!
No wonder they say, Happy Halloween! Before, during, and after, that's just what Eric and Sara were...Happy!
