Happy Mother's Day, Mommy!

Since this is an on going journal of my life, I wanted to tell my Mommy why she's the best! Besides hugging me, kissing me, feeding me, dressing me, changing me and playing with me, thank you for...

- Making me laugh by tickling under my chins.
- Singing 'The Wheels on the Bus' and going bumpity, bumpity, bump.
- Dressing me up in holiday costumes because I know my future girlfriends will love it.
- Flipping me over anytime I get stuck on my stomach in the middle of the night.
- Letting me play with your necklace.
- Trying to teach me my first words 'Ma Ma' and 'Da Da'.
- Not getting mad when I grab your hair and refuse to let go.
- Calming me down with the 'ABCs'.
- Blowing wind on my face to make me giggle.
- Humming me to sleep and tricking Daddy into thinking it's the cell phone vibrating.
- Reading books (even when I rip the turtle's leg off).
- Letting me wear those soft, quality Red Sox clothes rather than those uncomfortable, third place Yankees clothes.
- Trimming my long fingernails.
- Helping me clap my hands in music class.
- Giving me a bath and letting me take a few sips of the wet washcloth.
- Kissing up and down my chunky legs.
- Letting me hold your finger.
- Sitting in the backseat of the car to keep me company.
- Wetting my pacifier so I have something to keep my mouth busy.
- Not plucking that long hair on my forehead.
- Rocking me back to sleep when I wake up at 4am.
- Visiting me at school EVERY SINGLE DAY.
- Making everything better when I get my shots.
- Cleaning the pee (and poop) off the wall when I get too excited.
- Singing the 'Hot Dog Song' to me.
- Playing peek-a-boo from behind the corner.
- Taking me on walks to check mail.
- Sucking the snoogs out of my nose even though I squirm.
- Vacuuming the floor in front of me.
- Cheering me on when I'm in my bouncer.
- Taking hundreds of thousands of pictures of me.
- And last but not least...

For being my best friend.

I love you Mommy!
You're the best, Jenny! Happy Mother's Day!
