Chicago!

On Wednesday (May 13-17th) we headed to Chicago to be part of the Simmons/Olson-Wheeler Wedding!!!

I was so worn out from laughing at my friend Taryn , you can see her running by in the picture, that I fell asleep! Plus my Auntie, who was nice enough to fly out and babysit me, was very cozy!!!

Apparently, it was a very rough flight (one we will never forget!)...so Mommy and Daddy were very excited to see the sight of our hotel! And were even more excited when they saw how beautiful it was!

On Thursday morning we got up early and headed to the city!!! And what a beautiful one it was!!! Mommy loved the buildings and Daddy loved the fact that it had water running through it!!! We met up with my buddy Taryn and her Mommy and Daddy for lunch at the Navy Pier! We had so much fun together, as we always do when we are with them!

Later that day, when we returned to the hotel, we saw Aubrey and her Mommy and Daddy (Aaron and Reagan) playing outside with Taryn!!! It was my very first time meeting Aubrey! She was so much fun to play with, and was VERY gentle with me (she liked to pat my back to make sure I was OK like she does her baby doll!) I could also tell Mommy and Daddy were SO excited to see Aaron and Reagan again!!!

Later that night, Mommy and Daddy headed to the Rehearsal/Dinner, while Auntie spent time playing with me! Mommy and Daddy had a great time! It got them so excited for the real deal! Meanwhile, I had a great time spending time with my Auntie! We even took pictures of us and sent them to Mommy and Daddy while they were at dinner!!!

On Friday, the rain decided to hover over the city for a while. But we had a lot of fun driving around looking at different colleges for my Auntie to see!

Saturday morning we went downstairs for some breakfast were I got to meet Mommy and Daddy's great friend Tom! He also moved away and is missed very much! Mommy and I had a great time heading to breakfast every morning. We got to spend time with everyone...including Taryn's Uncle Dan who flew out to watch her! He was super nice as well!

I'd like to introduce you to...Mr. and Mrs. Matt Simmons!!! YEAH!!! Mommy and Daddy tell me it was the most beautiful wedding ever! From the Bride, to the Church, all the way to the families spending time together. Everything about it was beautiful!!! Congratulations guys!!!

When Mommy was at the cocktail hour, she looked up to see a very special someone looking back down at her! (Daddy was in the wedding so he was having his picture taken)

Off to the reception we go!!!!

Back in New York :(

It was an amazing time had by all! It was SO GREAT getting together with all our friends. It's been way too long since we've all be together. It was especially great to see two of our great friends wed!!! Congrats again!!! And we miss everyone already :(
