The Bruno's Are Here!!! The Bruno's Are Here!!!

I talk to my Ally just about every other day, and each time I love our conversations. I especially love them when they go a little something like this...

Ally: "We bought our tickets to come visit!"
Me: "AAAAAAAHHHHHHHHH!!!!"

DAY 1
Unfortunately the weather didn't look like it was going to cooperate during their stay, so we didn't waste any time and headed straight for the beach while we had a nice day!

The kids had a great time working together as a team to build a little water hole for Jarrett to play in!

Remember that weather we were talking about...
Out of no where this huge cloud of fog rolled it! It was the craziest thing! Last visit we had crashing kites, this visit we have thick fog! Hahaha!

The fog made Eric cold and ready to head home, though he can usually spend night and day at the beach!

The fog made Jarrett think it was a good time to feed the seagulls!

And the fog made Sara never want to leave! She was having the time of her life rolling in the waves!

Snow Cone Time!
Later that night I turn the corner to Eric's room to find all the kids assembling the Snoopy Snow Kit! Something tells me they were trying to tell us something! Hahaha!

So we listened! Let's make some SNOW CONES!!!

Each kid waited very patiently as we turned, and turned, and turned, and turned, and turned, and turned, and turned for the smallest amount of ice to come out! They loved every bite of that shaved ice! :)

DAY 2
The next morning we loaded the kiddies in the car and headed to a Yankees vs Rays game!

Besides the fact that Mommy kicked over Daddy's beer before he had a sip, (oops! Sorry Daddy!) we all had a great time!

These next two photos are my favorite! Not for what's going on in the foreground, but for what's going on in the background! Best two background photos ever thanks to Auntie Ally and Uncle Nick! Hahaha! I love it!

A few innings in the people next to us decided to leave...probably because his shoe was covered in spilled beer! Whatever the reason, it allowed the kids to spread out and have a great time being silly with one another! They had so much fun!

While they were being silly, Sara was having a great time taking pictures of the game...

and herself with Daddy!!!

During the game it started to drizzle, but it turned out to be perfect timing of when we planned on heading out! So we did just that!

Afterward we headed to the mall for dinner! But we had a few things to do before eating. Things like...

Flying like Superman!
Auntie Ally got a good laugh out of my stress level during this ride! In my defense, the man working this 3D ride said we'd be able to hear if anyone got scared and wanted out. He was right in the fact that you could hear them screaming as they flew through the skies like Superman, but I worried some of those screams were not fun ones.

Thankfully I was wrong! The crew inside was having a great time and wanted to go again the second they got out!

We also had a little bouncing like Tigger to do!

Oh yeah, and we had a little getting in trouble to do...by the Easter Bunny...for taking his picture...as he hopped (walked) down the mall! Oops!

DAY 3
The next morning Daddy had to work, so we headed to the Aquarium so Eric and Sara could show everyone their new Sea Lion friends!

This was also the day I had zero voice! Terrible, terrible, timing! Never once has this happened to me! :( Though I was voiceless, we still made the best of it and had a great time!

So cute that Taryn and Sara bought matching mermaid dolls to always remember this visit by! Never once have I walked by that little mermaid and not smiled and thought of our Brunos!

Afterward it was time for some ice cream!

A little fun picture of them eating ice cream from their last visit :)

DAY 4
After everyone finished riding on a magic carpet...

it was off to the park!

It was here that the kids asked Uncle Nick to spin, spin, spin, spin, and spin them!

And it was here that Eric learned the definition of motion sickness! :(

Next stop...the movies!!!
The kids were SO excited to see The Croods! And we were SO excited that each kid did an amazing job and sat through the entire movie!!!

DAY 5
Egg Decorating time! What a bunch of great egg decorators we have on our hands! They all did such a great job!

Sara was so good she decided the walls and floor needed a little color as well when she accidentally knocked over a cup...or two! :)

These five kids get along so well with one another! (Except when it comes to puzzles! HaHaha!) It's always great to see them playing and holding hands off in the distance. But it was especially cute to see the little bond Eric and Jarrett formed!

It was simply adorable!

The last time we went to this "bounce house" Eric and Sara had the time of their lives! And since we wanted our dear friends to do the same, we decided to take them there to bounce, bounce, bounce!

Though this picture is completely blurred, I love it! Uncle Nick bouncing off the walls! Hahaha!

These two had a great time on the air hockey table! It was so much fun to watch them play! At such a young age they knew to tell the other one to look the other way so they could sneak a goal in... ..."Look, there's an owl behind you!" It was classic!!!

They also loved the moment they found out they could get the balls to keep coming out without putting any money in! It was endless play! Hahaha!!!

Cheese Cake Factory Fun!

This picture doesn't do it justice, but the sunset on the drive home was beautiful as it set over the water!

The kids had such a big day that they really should have gone to bed early, but knowing this would be their last night to play before everyone had to head home, we couldn't possibly put them to bed early! They stayed up late and chased, and laughed, and chased, and laughed. A perfect way to end a perfect visit!

Such great memories made with great friends! From..."Welcome, Eric and I have pink eye!", to Sara calling Auntie Ally and Uncle Nick Mommy and Daddy the entire time, to Rock Concerts held in the parking lot of the grocery store, to texting to talk to one another all night because I had no voice, to Eric never wanting to drive in our car again because it's not a pimped out van with TV's and DVD players like Taryn, Jake, and Jarrett got to ride in..."Mommy, why is our car so small?", to Uncle Nick giving someone the name Jay-nul. We couldn't be more thankful for this visit! WE LOVE YOU!!!
