Sara! We'd like to thank you for making the past month an absolute blast!!! We've loved every second of getting to know you...and well, we've fallen hard for you! These are just a few of the things we've fallen in love with!
-The little sound you make when you lose one of your sneezes. Cutest thing ever!
-The way you thump your leg! It's always kicking! You can always tell when you are awake in your crib because you'll always hear that little leg of yours moving against the sheets!
-The little breaths you breath into our ear as we are burping you!
-The confused look you give us! Makes me laugh picturing it now!
-The fact that you can never surprise us with a cry. Your really quick heavy breaths and sometimes HUGE snorts you do right before hand gives you away each and every time!
-The sad face you give. Boy can you put on an act. Not only do you give the puppy dog eyes, but you give the frown lips as well!!!
-The way you tuck your thumb under your other fingers when you make a fist...just like your brother did!
-Your long hair that curls out in the back! And the ones that you are losing on the top of your head!
-And how can we forget the little grunts you do when you are trying to get cozy at night.
Not only are you a blast to spend time with and admire all day long, but you have grown to have quite the personality. Here's a little bit about you at one month!
-You love bath time!!!
-You get really mad at your hand when you suck on it and realize no milk is coming out of it!
-You are growing so fast! You can no longer fully extend your legs in your newborn cloths. You've moved on up to 0-3 months! What a big girl!
-You love to be held, which is good, because we love to hold you! There were a few days were you didn't want to be put down at all, but now you are starting to take to your bouncy seat.
-You are a hungry little girl! You eat every 2 to 3 hours. However, your first stretch of sleeping at night you go 5 hours! (Mommy and Daddy would like to personally thank you for that!)
-You are really good at holding up your head! And, just this past week, you've started to turn your head to look at us when we talk to you! Way to go Sara!
-You are getting better at not dirtying your diaper the second we put a clean one on you. Yep, now you wait until we button the very last button to your outfit, or you wait 2 min. after you fall asleep!!! We think it's time you start to work on this! :) (One thing I don't mind if you don't change..when you go in the middle of Daddy changing you! Between me and you, it makes me laugh so hard to see him fly backwards faster than you've ever see him move! hehe!)
You have been such a blessing to our family! You went to the Dr. today for your 1 month checkup and we are so thankful that you are a very healthy little 1 month old! You are now 21 1/4 inches long and you weigh 9 lbs 12 oz!!! WAY TO GO SARA!!!
WE LOVE ALL 9 LBS 12 OZ OF YOU BA-BEEE DA-DA!!!
