Paul and I couldn't be more thankful for our healthy 1 and 1/2 year old little man, Eric! He is such a happy boy. He's a boy that gets so excited, he runs around in circles. Yet, he's a boy who knows what he wants...at times, causing him to drop to his knees in disappointment if he doesn't get it. He's a a boy who loves. The best is when you're sitting on the floor with him, you will randomly receive a hug or a very wet open mouth kiss. Yet, he's a boy who likes his space. At just 1 and 1/2 years old, he has such an amazing personality. One that expresses every emotion. One that we wouldn't change for the world!
Eric Loves...
Flags...this is an obsession that has been around for a while, and we don't see it going anywhere anytime soon (which is a good thing!)
FireTrucks...this ones also been around for a while. Still to this day, if a siren goes by, everything is dropped and he runs to the window to watch it pass!
Dogs...it's a fact that we will one day own a dog for him!
Being Outside...he loves, loves, loves, the outdoors! Now that it's nice out, that's exactly where we spend our time!
Bugs...he is going to be just like his cousin Lauren. Ladybugs are on the top of his list, however, if you point out and ant to him, he will follow it around and around. (As he's doing in the amazing picture Angela took of him!)

Eric Is Quite The Comedian:
Eric has been making us laugh since the day he's been born. However, something has changed in the past couple weeks...not only his is cracking us up, but himself as well!
Eric Is So Smart!
Puzzles...he now knows how to match his puzzle pieces up in order to put them all back!
Cleaning...he LOVES cleaning. (not sure where he gets that since Mommy and Daddy don't!) Cleaning used to mean everything went in the garbage, now, everything goes in it's exact spot! It's pretty amazing to watch! This video went a lot longer. By the end, every single thing on the floor was put back!
Jabba Jaw!
Elmo...he now says Elmo perfectly. As well as bye-bye, go, DaDa, and and plenty more.
He's had his own language for quite sometime now, which has been great since we haven't had many communication upsets. Some of his own unique words...
Ka-Truck
Uppa- Up
Mil- Milk
Ba- Bus
A-pan- Airplane
Faaa- Flag
Freckle Time!
Eric got his first Freckle! It's on the back of his left hand (and yes, Mommy is obsessed!)
Favorite Songs...
Wheels on the Bus...this is Eric's all time favorite song. We just recently found clips of it on YouTube for him to watch. He was very particular and only liked three certain videos. Turns out, they were all from the same Kids Video. So we ordered the DVD/CD for him and he's in love!
P.S. Those fish lips are his new favorite thing to do!
Row, Row, Row, Your Boat...he loves when you sit with him, hold hands, and row your bodies back and forth.
Ring Around The Rosie...he loves when Daddy and I play this with him. We used to stand, however, it didn't take very long before Mommy and Daddy realized it was much easier to get up, if we only had to go to our knees! hahaha!
It's Playtime!
Eric loves to play! Daddy sounds horrifying in this video, but it really isn't that bad. Eric absolutely loves when we play this game, which is just about every night! It's called "Where's Daddy"!
We love you so much Bubba! We hope we make you as happy as you make us! Love Mommy and Daddy!

I can't believe how big and mature Eric seems now! He definitely seems like pretty damn good big brother material!! Those videos are amazing. Ella LOVES "The Wheels on the Bus" too! =) And I love "Where's Daddy" but it scared the heck out of me. Was that Paul or a pitbull? YIKES!
